OOOT has convened an established leadership base
of women-centered organizations to create an aligned, comprehensive and sustainable sexual health promotion and HIV prevention agenda for Black women, and other women of color. At its core OOOT is a boots-on-the-ground mobilization effort to identify and close the gaps around policy,
programming, and practice. OOOT is funded by Gilead Sciences, Inc.
